First Year
In this year I took 3 production classes each semester: Costume Production 1 & 2 (17-18th Century Women’s Garments), Costume production 3 & 4 (Modern Men’s Tailoring), and Fabric Dyeing 1 & 2.
Other classes: Costume Design Studio 1 & 2, Masterclass, History of Costumes 1 & 2, Figure Drawing
Second Year
In this year I took 3 production classes each semester: Costume Production 5 & 6 (19-20th Century Women’s Garments), Costume Production 7 & 8 (Historical Men’s Tailoring & Modern Women’s Tailoring ), and Millinery 1 & 2.
Other classes: Introduction to Textiles, Dramatic Criticism 1, Photoshop
Third Year
This year’s major focus is completing a thesis project. My thesis is titled: “She Wears the Pants; A Study of Masculinity in Operatic Trouser Role Costumes”.
For the Fall Semester, I was an intern in the costume shop at American Repertory Theater for the world-premiere musical, Moby Dick
